Women’s Health Magazine Review
December 7, 2011 in Reviews
I’ve never been a magazine person but when my dad subscribed us to Women’s Health I figured I might as well glance through it. Now, I can’t say it’s the best thing since sliced bread, but it is pretty close. I always have a renewed interest to push myself harder when I exercise as well as a few health facts that stick with me after reading one the monthly magazines. There’s plenty of photos of women working out which are inspiring!
Every so many pages there are highlighted health facts which tend to be my favorite thing. I’m a person who tends to skim across articles if I’m not completely interested, so I like looking for the highlighted portions. There is usually also a page dedicated to a women who has lost a lot of weight which I think are really cool to read.
I’m really not a magazine reader so the fact that I look forward to this one every month says a lot. Each magazine I read I feel like I’m more educated about health, and they never fail to add some humor and make me laugh. If you have an extra $14 lying around, I’d say definitely get a year’s subscription to Women’s Health from overstock.com (it’s the cheapest there)!
